HOW CELL WORKS
Post-graduation InCell runs entirely on the 3% Token-2022 transfer fee. Every buy, sell, and wallet-to-wallet move feeds the machine automatically — no manual taxes, no rug vectors.
01 · The 3% Fee
Every $CELL transfer carries a 3% fee
This is a native Token-2022 transfer fee — enforced at the token program level. It applies to every on-chain movement: DEX buys, DEX sells, and direct wallet transfers. No one can bypass it. No approval required from the protocol.

How it reaches you: Fees accumulate as withheld tokens. The harvest bot (or anyone) calls harvest_fees to sweep them into the vault, then distribute_harvest to split the SOL proceeds on-chain via the 50/40/10 rule above.
02 · Staking — Lock & Earn
Lock $CELL, earn real SOL yield
Stakers earn a share of every 3% fee harvest and every pot explosion. The longer you lock, the heavier your weight in the reward pool.
Share weight formula
Rewards distribute proportionally to each staker's shares vs total shares. O(1) accumulator pattern — no iteration over all stakers needed.

No early exit
Lock is hard — you cannot withdraw your principal until the sentence is fully served. SOL wages are paid to your wallet throughout. When time is up, withdraw and choose to re-lock or walk.
03 · The InCell Pot — Last Man Standing
Every qualifying buy resets the countdown
Any buy of ≥ 0.1 SOL enters you into the winner pool and resets the timer. When the clock hits zero, anyone can trigger the explosion.

Escalating urgency
The timer shrinks 2% each round, floor at 10 minutes. Round 1 starts at 60 minutes. Round 50 at ~22 minutes. Around round 89 the 10-minute floor kicks in. Urgency builds gradually — the game tightens over time without burning out in hours.
04 · The Economic Loop
Every action feeds every other action. Buyers pressure the timer. Stakers absorb yield from every trade. The pot guarantees a winner every round and seeds itself for the next.
